From the Massachusetts Turnpike - Take Exit 9 at Sturbridge and take the first right after the toll booth (Route 20 West). Pass through a blinking light and prepare to go left at the next set of lights (Route 131, Sturbridge, Southbridge). Follow Route 131 East four miles through Sturbridge into Southbridge, passing Big Bunny Plaza (on the left), straight through two sets of lights, passing Notre Dame Church (on the left) and continuing straight into the downtown area. Take a right onto Elm Street, where Pizza Chef is on the corner. Town Hall is the fourth building on the left. Parking and handicap accessible entrance in the rear.

From Route 84 - Exit at Sturbridge and take a right onto Route 131 East. Follow Route 131 East four miles through Sturbridge into Southbridge, passing Big Bunny Plaza (on the left), straight through two sets of lights, passing Notre Dame Church (on the left) and continuing straight into the downtown area. Take a right onto Elm Street, where Pizza Chef is on the corner. Town Hall is the fourth building on the left. Parking and handicap accessible entrance in the rear.

From Route 20 - Exit at Route 169 in Charlton. Follow Route 169 through Charlton into Southbridge. Bear right when the road forks and pass a car dealership on the right. Proceed straight as the road (Central Street) passes Capillo Park on the right and Southbridge Tire on the left. Bear right at the next fork and follow to traffic lights at Central and Main Streets. Go straight but slightly left through the light, and enter Elm Street with Pizza Chef on the right and Southbridge Savings Bank on the left. Town Hall is the fourth building on the left. Parking and handicap accessible entrance in the rear.

Town Hall is handicapped accessible with permanent ramp, automatic entrance door, elevator, and handicap accessible restrooms.
