Optical Heritage Museum

The Optical Heritage Museum is a non-for-profit entity, dedicated to the preservation and education of the Optical Industry.

Celebrating 150 years of global innovations made right here in Southbridge, this immersive museum paints the history of optics and all is has influenced. From vintage spectacle frames - hundreds of years old to the equipment needed to dispense it, the museum is a must see for everyone, not just those who understand optics.

The Optical Heritage Museum is open Wednesday – Friday or by special appointment, with free guided tours - daily.
