Instructions to Access All Public Meetings

OFFICIAL WEBSITE INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS ALL PUBLIC MEETINGS

To access public meeting notices on our website,

  1. Go to www.ci.southbridge.ma.us - “Home Page” will appear
  2. Click on “All Public Meetings” (a calendar will appear with all meetings listed)
  3. Click on meeting of interest. You will see that announcement and “Read more”
  4. Click on “Read more”. You will see “Upload File” with a pdf document listed below. (If no document is listed, agenda has not yet been posted
  5. Click on that “pdf file link” and the agenda for that meeting will appear.

To access Community Events, click on "Community Events" tab and follow the same procedures as above.

All public meeting notices are posted in the Town Clerk’s office and on the Bulletin Board outside of the Town Clerk’s office on the first floor of the Southbridge Town Hall.
