Building Permit forms may be downloaded on this page. They can be completed and brought in to Inspections Service or mailed. Please read the instructions and notices carefully.

Please remember to:

• Make out checks payable to the Town of Southbridge
• Enclose copies of your licenses and Certificate of Insurance
• Enclose the Workers Compensation Insurance Affidavit
• Contact our office for inspections

Note - Contractors

All permit cards must be picked up within 14 days of approval to avoid a $50 fine.

If you need to have a Building Permit Card mailed back to you please send a self posted envelope with your application.
